We can usually get orders out the same day they are placed but please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for packing and shipping.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail – please allow 1-3 days turnaround time in transit.

* Under $25.00 – Flat Rate $8.05

RETURNS
In-Store: All in-store purchases are final
On-Line:
– Contact us within 15 days of delivery
– Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Our policy lasts for 15 days after the item has been delivered. If the 15 days have gone by we cannot offer you a refund
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
– Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please double check your order before you place it and make sure you have selected the correct sizes and colors. If you are not sure about what size or color to buy please message us for additional photos, videos and information.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items: Pre-packaged Crimp Beads, Jump Rings, Head/Eye Pins, Pre-packaged Findings, Custom items, Discounted/Sale Items, bead strands that have been cut, Any loose beads not in their original packaging, Any item on a spool such as craft wire, beading wire, Fireline, S-lon, etc. Any pre-cut items such as leather and chain and any packaged goods that have been opened will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
Once your return is received within the time frame stated above, it will be inspected. Once approved or denied we will send you an email. If approved your credit card or the original method of payment will be refunded.
